The room takes its name from a favourite tourist spot, near to the village of Osmotherley that is located on CodBeck, a spot thought to be used by shepherds to wash their sheep.

Very kind staff and picturesque setting

We stayed at the Fauconberg Arms earlier this week. It’s a lovely old pub in a very picturesque village and area. The staff were so helpful, even picking us up and dropping us off in the snow.
